Disappointed with past experience the clients wanted an architect who would listen - and make the process fun!
The clients wished to replace a small poorly constructed rear lean-to with a new conservatory while also opening up the small kitchen and dining spaces into a new area perfect for family meals.
The proposed interventions were minor but the change to the home was huge. The simple plan removed the internal wall dividing the kitchen from the dining space creating a new open plan living kitchen / diner. A new double glazed conservatory maximises natural light into the home while providing a new play space for the couples young family allowing a direct connection to the garden.
